Returns Policy

Please follow the below instruction to return your order.

Your jewellery has been subjected to control procedures to ensure the quality & condition matches the product information. Prior to dispatch measurements & weights will be double checked for accuracy.

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately at orders@cornishjewel.co.uk with your reason for return and we will issue a returns address for you to return your order within 14 calendar days. We will refund your entire purchase price, excluding all delivery charges, please see below for full instructions.

• Goods that have been worn or used cannot be returned.
• Goods that have been altered in any way to your specification prior to dispatch cannot be returned, this includes resizing of rings and also any other modifications that you have requested.
• Earrings are non returnable unless faulty, notification of this is to be received within 48 hours upon receipt of goods.

It is essential that you follow the instructions below. These provisions apply in the event that you return Goods to us because you say they are faulty upon receipt or you simply wish to return the Goods unused.

To return goods

You must first contact us by email at orders@cornishjewel.co.uk notifying us that you wish to return the goods, specifying exactly which goods, when purchased and giving full details of the defect or other reason for return, then please wait for our response supplying the correct returns address and instructions to you. Please do not return goods without clarifying the return address. We will endeavour to respond to your email with priority as goods are to be returned within 14 calendar days of purchase.

So far as possible, Goods should be returned:

• with Goods, tags, boxes, packaging and any complementary gifts and/or prizes as far as possible in their original condition;
• securely wrapped;
• including our delivery slip;
• at your risk and cost.
• using a secure and insured delivery method, we will also require a tracking number. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) and to the correct returns address.
